What is firewalking?
Firewalking is walking barefoot across a bed of glowing embers after preparation and with facilitator guidance. It is an experiential activity, often explored alongside reflection, group facilitation and personal development.
How do you plan a corporate programme?
We begin by discussing your team, its context and the questions you want to explore. We then discuss a suitable format, activities, location and time for reflection. Firewalking can be part of the conversation rather than a requirement for every programme.
Does everyone have to take part?
No. Every activity is voluntary. You can choose to participate, pause or observe. Firewalking carries a risk of burns; ask us about preparation and participation requirements before booking.
What will I learn in instructor training?
The five-day training covers firewalking, working with a group and experiential activities including glasswalk, arrowbreak, boardbreak and re-bar bend. Contact us for the full programme, entry requirements and certification criteria.
Where do your experiences take place?
Firewalk Academy works in Spain and Czechia. Our next published instructor training takes place in Uclés, Spain, on 16–20 November 2026. Ask us about current public events and location options for your team.
